REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY.
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are only offered on goods that arrive faulty or damaged. To qualify:

The item must be unused.

Packaging must be sealed and in original condition.
We do not offer refunds for custom Huqabears or any other custom-made products once logos or personalization have been applied.
Refunds are issued as store credit only. If your item arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
Please note that custom orders are non-returnable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any other related fees.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel it.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
